The same people who exclaim with a supposed
fervor that guns need to be controlled (implying
they are the culprit not the person) are the same people who scream that
abortion is a woman’s right. Progressives are compassionate and zealous of
protecting human life so much so they are willing to give up their
constitutional right to bear arms but will go to great lengths to ensure you
can kill an unwanted child. Why does this not make sense to me? So, it is not
the right of a person to own a gun, but it is the right of a mother to kill her
child? In other words, I have the right to take away the rights of a child in
order to exterminate it, but I don’t have the right to defend myself? Why is it
that folks will feel uncomfortable if I have a concealed weapon in a
supermarket, and yet feel nothing about a baby having its skull caved in to
convenience a parent’s irresponsibility? What happened to Life, Liberty, and
the pursuit of Happiness? Doesn’t that apply to the babies too? They are people
right?
